Climate Development and Knowledge Network (CDKN) is a five-year initiative funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) which started in 2010, to assist developing countries to respond to the challenges posed by climate change. A consortium of consulting and research institutions has been contracted by CDKN to implement this study:
1.The Groupe-Conseil Baastel, a consultancy based near Ottawa (Canada) and Brussels (Belgium), with an office in Kampala.
